Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial Pada Materi Mengambil Ukuran Bagian – Bagian Tubuh Fase E SMK Negeri 1 Baureno

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the feasibility of video tutorial media, students' learning outcomes, and students' responses following the implementation of video tutorial media on the material of taking women's body measurements for Phase E students at SMK Negeri 1 Baureno. This study is expected to serve as an alternative instructional medium to support the improvement of learning quality in the Basic Fashion Design and Production subject. This study employed a quantitative descriptive research method using a Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Shot Case Study approach. The research subjects consisted of 24 students from Class X Fashion Design and Production 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Baureno. Data were collected through material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and cognitive learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis to determine the feasibility of the video tutorial media, students' learning outcomes, and students' responses to the implementation of the video tutorial media. The results of the study revealed that: (1) the feasibility of the video tutorial media, based on material expert validation, obtained an average score of 3.57, while media expert validation obtained an average score of 3.62, resulting in an overall average score of 3.60, which was categorized as very feasible; (2) students' learning outcomes after the implementation of the video tutorial media achieved 100% classical learning mastery, indicating that all students met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP); and (3) students' responses to the implementation of the video tutorial media reached 92%, which was categorized as very good. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the video tutorial media is highly feasible for classroom use, effectively improves students' learning outcomes, and receives highly positive responses from students in learning the material of taking women's body measurements for Phase E students at SMK Negeri 1 Baureno.
