Copyright and Licensing

Authors who publish with Jurnal Ilmu Teknik Sipil Indonesia (JITESNA) agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention
   Authors retain their copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work being licensed simultaneously under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share, adapt, and redistribute the work with appropriate acknowledgment of the authorship and the initial publication in this journal.

2. Non-Exclusive Distribution
   Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository, research-sharing platforms, or publishing it in a book), provided that its initial publication in JITESNA is properly acknowledged.

3. Self-Archiving Policy
   Authors are encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, academic networks, or on their personal websites) before and during the submission process, as this can foster productive academic exchanges and increase the visibility, accessibility, and citation impact of their work.
