This study aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based device for measuring the strength and speed of pencak silat punches. The system was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, a Load Cell sensor combined with the HX711 module to measure punch strength, and two E18-D80NK Proximity sensors to measure punch speed. The research method used was the Prototype method, which includes literature study, system design, implementation, testing, and system evaluation stages. Measurement results were displayed in real-time through a web-based dashboard developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and were automatically stored in Google Sheets via a WiFi network. The testing results showed that the system was able to measure punch strength and speed and display the data in real-time properly. The system also successfully stored data automatically. However, several limitations were found, such as sensor reading instability and inconsistencies in measurement results caused by punch position and frame stability. Overall, the designed system was able to perform its basic function as an IoT-based punch strength and speed measurement device for pencak silat.
