Perancangan Sistem Informasi Repositori Link Materi Kuliah Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Bootstrap

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly influenced the learning process in higher education. One of the common problems faced by students is the difficulty of managing, storing, and accessing lecture material links obtained from various sources such as Google Drive, YouTube, Learning Management Systems (LMS), electronic journals, and educational websites. Storing links manually through messaging applications, personal notes, or browser bookmarks often makes information difficult to retrieve when needed. This condition can reduce the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to design a Web-Based Lecture Material Link Repository Information System using the Bootstrap Framework as a solution for managing and storing lecture material links in a structured manner. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a system design approach utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML). The research stages include user requirement analysis, system analysis, database design, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design, prototype development, and system evaluation. The results indicate that the proposed system provides features such as material link management, course categorization, search functionality, category management, user authentication, and an administrative dashboard for efficient data management. The implementation of the Bootstrap Framework ensures a responsive user interface accessible through computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The proposed system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of lecture material management and support better learning outcomes for students.
