The "Berkah Mendong" woven-crafts group in Rajapolah, Tasikmalaya Regency, produces high-quality goods but faces unstructured human resource management and a marketing approach that depends heavily on middlemen. This community service program aimed to strengthen the artisans' human resource competencies and the group's digital marketing capability through a participatory method consisting of survey and focus group discussion, training, mentoring, and evaluation, held across eight sessions from August to September 2026 with 20 participants. Average test scores rose from 52.4 to 81.6 (N-gain 0.61, medium), Instagram followers grew from 85 to 412, 24 product listings were created on a marketplace, and average monthly revenue increased by 30.9%. The results indicate that integrating HRM and marketing strengthening is effective for improving small craft enterprises.
