This community service article reports the Pesantren Program for Bachelor, Diploma, and Master Graduates held by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Latifah Mubarokiyah, Tasikmalaya, in partnership with the Lembaga Dakwah Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (LDTQN) of Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya in the 2025/2026 academic year. The activity aimed to equip graduates for the world of work and to nurture good character (akhlakul karimah). It was carried out in four stages: preparation, division of tasks and partnership, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Preparation was formalized through Decree No. SKEP-507/Ket/STIELM/VIII/2026 and a 31-person committee with 12 mentors. Implementation took place on 10–11 October 2026 with 92 participants (74 Bachelor of Management, 13 Diploma of Banking and Finance, and 5 Master of Management graduates) through immersive worship, amaliyah, pilgrimage, and institutional sessions. Monitoring relied on a minimum 80% attendance rule linked to graduation-ceremony eligibility, and the results were reported in writing. One constraint was encountered: some graduates could not attend because they were already employed. The evaluation also shows that work-readiness content, measurable outcome indicators, and flexible participation mechanisms remain limited. Follow-up actions include outcome indicators, a work-ethic module, alternative participation schemes, and a standard operating procedure for the partnership.
