As part of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, the bouquet business has experienced rapid growth driven by product innovations such as snack bouquets, money bouquets, graduation bouquets, and various other decorative gift arrangements. This study employs a library research method, analyzing scholarly literature, journals, and references related to the creative economy and Islamic muamalah (transactional) principles. The objective of this research is to analyze bouquet innovation from the perspectives of the creative economy and Sharia-compliant business. The study findings indicate that bouquet innovation enhances competitiveness, creativity, and business revenue. From a Sharia perspective, this business adheres to Islamic business principles: offering halal (permissible) and thoyyib (wholesome) products, utilizing valid contracts (specifically the ijarah or service-lease contract), and remaining free from riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty/ambiguity), and maysir (gambling/speculation). The bouquet business also supports the principle of maslahah (public interest/well-being) and the economic sustainability of the community. However, business operators still face challenges such as limited access to financing, raw material constraints, urgent/last-minute orders, and suboptimal marketing strategies.
