This study aims to determine: (1) an overview of the use of PhET Interactive Simulations in fractions learning in fourth-grade students at Tanabangka Public Elementary School, Gowa Regency, (2) an overview of fourth-grade students' learning activities on fractions at Tanabangka Public Elementary School, Gowa Regency, and (3) the effect of using PhET Interactive Simulations on fourth-grade students' learning activities on fractions at Tanabangka Public Elementary School, Gowa Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research design used was a nonequivalent control group design. The independent variable in this study was the use of PhET Interactive Simulations, while the dependent variable was student learning activities. This study used two groups, namely the experimental group (A) and the control group (B), with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include teacher and student observation sheets, learning activity questionnaires and teaching modules. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis consisting of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 32 program. The results of the study showed that: (1) the implementation of the learning process using PhET Interactive Simulations media went well because the percentage of learning implementation based on the results of teacher and student observations increased from the good category at the first meeting to very good at the second meeting; (2) student learning activities after using PhET Interactive Simulations media showed an increase, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire before and after treatment; (3) there was a positive influence of the use of PhET Interactive Simulations media on student learning activities, as evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test which showed a significant difference between learning activities before and after using PhET Interactive Simulations media. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of PhET Interactive Simulations has an impact on improving the learning activities of fourth-grade students on fractions at Tanabangka Public Elementary School, Gowa Regency.
