Abstract

Manual financial bookkeeping at MSME UD. Cindy in Gunungsitoli City is time-consuming and prone to human error. This study aims to design and implement a web-based financial bookkeeping system to address these administrative issues. The research utilizes a Project-Based Research (PBR) approach with mixed methods, applying the Waterfall development model using PHP and MySQL. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the developed system successfully automates income and expense recording, effectively reducing manual errors and accelerating real-time financial reporting for the business.
