Penyuluhan Hukum Penguatan Kesadaran Hukum Masyarakat Pesisir Desa Lalimbue Kecamatan Kapoiala Kabupaten Konawe

Abstract

Legal awareness is an important factor in creating an orderly and equitable social environment. However, limited access to legal information remains one of the challenges faced by coastal communities, including the community of Lalimbue Village, Kapoiala District, Konawe Regency. This community service activity aims to strengthen the legal understanding and awareness of coastal communities through community-based legal education. The activity was implemented through several stages, including preparation, delivery of legal materials, and direct discussion sessions with community members. The results indicate that legal counseling serves as an educational medium that enables communities to understand the importance of law, citizens’ rights and obligations, and their role in establishing a law-aware society. Community participation during the activity demonstrates the need for legal education approaches that are communicative and adapted to local social conditions. The sustainability of the program is supported through institutional collaboration between the university and village government as an effort to strengthen community legal capacity continuously. This activity demonstrates that community-based legal counseling can serve as an initial strategy for developing legal awareness and strengthening legal culture among coastal communities.
