The Trans Jatim – AJAIB application is the main channel for route information, live bus tracking, and electronic ticketing for Trans Jatim bus users across Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, and Mojokerto, yet its user experience had never been evaluated through the UX Honeycomb model. This quantitative descriptive study measured all seven UX Honeycomb dimensions, namely Useful, Usable, Desirable, Findable, Accessible, Credible, and Valuable, among 222 active users selected through purposive sampling. Respondents completed four in-app task scenarios before answering an online questionnaire, and the resulting data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS. Overall, user experience fell into the “Good” category, with dimension means ranging from 3.91 to 3.97. Desirable scored highest (3.97) thanks to a visually appealing, comfortable interface, while Findable, Accessible, and Valuable tied for the lowest score at 3.91. What stood out, however, was that complaints clustered mostly around Valuable and Credible: users felt the benefits did not quite match the effort of learning the app, and the bus position on the map often did not match its actual location on the road. Restructuring the navigation, making the interface more legible for older users, and stabilizing the ticket-purchase feature stand out as the next priorities.
