Technological advancement in Indonesia is growing rapidly every year. Technological progress is inevitable and significantly, albeit indirectly, affects the field of education. One form of technological advancement in education is the use of gadgets, commonly referred to as smartphones, in the learning process. The blended learning model serves as an alternative approach by combining direct face-to-face instruction between teachers and students with online media such as Google Forms and Google Drive. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to teachers and students in applying and using blended learning media for English language instruction, specifically with sports-themed material. The underlying issue prompting this training is that teachers and students have not yet utilized the blended learning model optimally. The method used in this community service consists of lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice, with the final output being that participants are able to create and use Google Forms and Google Drive for learning purposes. Learning materials and explanations are stored in Google Drive, while practice exercises are hosted on Google Forms—collaboratively designed with the teachers and accessible to the students for their English class. The content focuses on active voice in English within the context of sports across five tenses: Simple Present Tense, Simple Past Tense, Present Continuous Tense, Present Future Tense, and Present Perfect Tense.
