Copyright and License

Authors who publish with Jurnal Ilmu Bahasa, Sastra, dan Budaya (BASADYA) agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention
   Authors retain their copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work being simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share and adapt the work with proper acknowledgment of the authorship and the initial publication in this journal.

2. Additional Distribution
   Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that its initial publication in BASADYA is properly acknowledged.

3. Pre-publication and Online Posting
   Authors are encouraged to post their work online (for instance, in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) before and during the submission process, as this can foster productive scholarly exchange and increase the visibility and citation impact of their work.
