Publication Ethics

Author Ethics

Reporting
Authors are required to present research processes and results clearly, honestly, and comprehensively. All data must be maintained properly and safely.

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original works, written by themselves, and derived from their own ideas. The manuscript must not contain plagiarism or reproduce others’ works or ideas. Authors are strictly prohibited from attributing others’ works to themselves.

Redundant Submission
Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or submitted to another journal. If redundancy is found, the editor reserves the right to reject the manuscript.

Authorship
Authors must ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions in accordance with their field of expertise. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial team and for addressing any issues that may arise during the review process.

Correction of Errors
Authors must promptly inform the editor if any errors are discovered in the submitted or published manuscript, including inaccuracies in names, affiliations, or data that may affect the validity of the work. Necessary corrections must be made immediately.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of the manuscript.

Editor Ethics

Publication Decision
Editors are responsible for conducting a fair, transparent, objective, and professional review process as the basis for publication decisions. The editorial board acts collectively in making acceptance or rejection decisions.

Information Management
Editors must ensure proper, clear, and efficient management of all journal information, both in print and digital formats.

Peer-Review Distribution
Editors are responsible for selecting qualified reviewers and managing the peer-review process to ensure an objective and timely evaluation.

Objectivity and Neutrality
Editors must maintain neutrality and fairness in assessing manuscripts, without discrimination based on gender, institutional affiliation, ethnicity, religion, race, or nationality.

Confidentiality
Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts and author information submitted to the journal.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Editors must avoid any conflicts of interest that could compromise the integrity of the review and publication process.

Reviewer Ethics

Objectivity and Neutrality
Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, independently, and fairly, without bias toward the author’s background or identity.

Source Clarity
Reviewers should ensure that cited references are accurate, relevant, and credible. Any irregularities or plagiarism must be reported to the editor for further action.

Review Timeliness
Reviewers must complete the manuscript evaluation within the designated time frame (maximum of 2 weeks) and notify the editor if more time is needed.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must decline assignments that may involve a conflict of interest to ensure an impartial and ethical review process.
