Publication Ethics

Author Ethics

Reporting
Authors are required to provide accurate, clear, and comprehensive information about the research process and results. Research data must be stored securely and maintained responsibly.

Originality and Plagiarism
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, written by the authors, and based on their own ideas. Authors must not plagiarize the works or ideas of others and are strictly prohibited from attributing sources improperly.

Redundant Submission
Authors must confirm that their manuscript has not been submitted or published elsewhere. If redundancy is detected, the manuscript will be rejected by the editor.

Authorship
Authors must ensure that all listed contributors meet the requirements for authorship in their respective fields. The primary author or corresponding author is accountable for resolving any issues arising during the submission and publication process.

Correction of Errors
If errors are identified in a manuscript, such as incorrect names, affiliations, or information that could affect the work’s credibility, authors must promptly notify the editor. Necessary corrections will be announced and addressed accordingly.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence their work or its interpretation.

Editor Ethics

Publication Decision
Editors are responsible for conducting a transparent, objective, and fair review process, which forms the basis for accepting or rejecting a manuscript. Decisions are made collectively by the editorial board.

Information Management
Editors must ensure the efficient management and distribution of printed and electronic information.

Peer-Review Distribution
Editors are responsible for assigning manuscripts to appropriate reviewers and overseeing the review process.

Objectivity and Neutrality
Editors must evaluate manuscripts based solely on their academic merit, remaining impartial to factors such as the author's gender, affiliations, ethnicity, religion, or nationality.

Confidentiality
Editors are required to safeguard the confidentiality of all manuscript-related information, including the identities of authors and reviewers.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Editors must avoid conflicts of interest to ensure the integrity of the review and publication process.

Reviewer Ethics

Objectivity and Neutrality
Reviewers must provide honest, unbiased, and objective evaluations of manuscripts, adhering strictly to the principles of scientific integrity.

Source Clarity
Reviewers should verify that all references and citations are accurate and relevant. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported to the editor for resolution.

Review Timeliness
Reviewers must complete their evaluations within the specified peer-review period (a maximum of two weeks) and notify the editorial team promptly if they are unable to meet the deadline.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process if their objectivity might be compromised.
