A. General Requirements
To meet the minimum standards of Jurnal Ilmu Bimbingan dan Konseling (BIKOLING), submissions must adhere to the following criteria:

Language and Formatting
- Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English, with an abstract and keywords provided in English.
- The paper should be formatted to A4 size and written in English.

Text Layout
- The text should be typed in two columns, with single line spacing and one space between lines.
- Margins should be formatted as follows:
- Top: 1.9 cm
- Bottom: 4.13 cm
- Left: 1.43 cm
- Right: 1.43 cm
- Mirror margins should be applied.
- Use Times New Roman, 10-point font, prepared using Microsoft Word.

Figures and Tables
- Figures must be numbered, with titles placed below each figure, using single spacing.
- Tables must be numbered and titled above each table, also using single spacing.

Author Information
- Author names must include complete affiliation addresses and the corresponding author's email address.

Length of Paper
- Manuscripts should be 6 to 10 pages in length. Papers exceeding 10 pages will be evaluated by the editors.

Reference Management
- Authors must use reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote and adhere to the APA citation style.

Template Compliance
- Ensure the manuscript follows the BIKOLING template.

Ethical and Copyright Compliance
- Submissions must comply with the journal’s Ethical Statement and Copyright Transfer Agreement.
B. Structure of the Manuscript
Manuscripts should be structured as follows:

Title
- The title must be in sentence case, free from acronyms or abbreviations, and clearly indicate the study's focus.

Abstract
- Provide a concise summary of the manuscript (maximum 250 words) in Times New Roman, single-spaced.
- The abstract must not contain citations and should cover:
- Background of the problem
- Proposed solution
- Research design and methods used
- Experimental results, analysis, and conclusions

Section Structure
Articles should follow the IMRaD format:- Introduction: Describe the research's significance, background, and gap addressed. End with hypotheses, if applicable.
- Methods: Provide detailed descriptions of the population, sample, equipment, and procedures to allow replication. Write in the past tense using passive voice.
- Results and Discussion:
- Present findings in the Results section, using tables and figures appropriately labeled and numbered.
- Discuss the findings in the Discussion section, relating them to existing research, highlighting limitations, and suggesting future directions.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main outcomes, their significance, and their contribution to advancing knowledge.

- Include at least 20 references, with a minimum of five from the past ten years unless older sources are critical to the discussion.
