This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship guidance as a strategy for adolescent career development at UPT PSBR Bojonegoro. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, passive-participant observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of program managers/instructors, social workers, and adolescent beneficiaries. The findings show that entrepreneurship guidance was implemented through theoretical learning, mentoring, integration of vocational skills, business simulations, field practice, evaluation, and follow-up. The program provided practical experience in business management while supporting self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, self-awareness, career exploration, and career planning. Supporting factors included practice-based learning, comprehensive mentoring, vocational skill integration, facilities, and participant motivation. Barriers included fluctuating motivation, discipline problems, differences in participant characteristics, and difficulties adapting to demanding business situations. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship guidance functions as a bridge between vocational competencies and adolescent career readiness, although its outcomes are influenced by individual, social, and labor-market conditions.
