Publication Ethics

Author Ethics

Reporting
Authors must present research processes and results to the editor honestly, clearly, and comprehensively, while maintaining research data properly and securely.

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original, written by themselves, and derived from their own ideas, without plagiarizing the works or ideas of others. Authors are strictly prohibited from attributing existing works or sources to other individuals or names.

Redundant Submission
Authors must confirm that the submitted manuscript has not been previously submitted to or published in another journal. In cases of redundant publication, the editor reserves the right to reject the manuscript.

Authorship
Authors must ensure they meet the authorship criteria within their field of study corresponding to the journal’s scope. The first author (or corresponding author) holds responsibility for addressing any issues that arise during the publication process.

Correction of Errors
Authors must promptly inform the editor of any errors detected in the manuscript—whether in names, affiliations, data, or other content—that may affect the manuscript’s integrity and credibility. Necessary corrections must be made immediately and transparently.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest that could potentially influence the interpretation or outcome of their manuscript.

Editor Ethics

Publication Decision
Editors must conduct a comprehensive, transparent, objective, fair, and prudent review process, serving as the foundation for decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection. The editorial board functions collectively in making final publication decisions.

Information Management
Editors are responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and ethical management and dissemination of information in both print and electronic formats.

Peer-Review Distribution
Editors must assign manuscripts to competent reviewers and ensure that the review and evaluation process is conducted professionally and consistently.

Objectivity and Neutrality
Editors must remain objective, neutral, and honest in evaluating manuscripts, without discrimination based on gender, institutional affiliation, ethnicity, religion, race, or nationality.

Confidentiality
Editors are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all manuscript-related information, particularly regarding author privacy and manuscript content.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Editors must avoid any conflicts of interest to ensure an impartial and transparent review process.

Reviewer Ethics

Objectivity and Neutrality
Reviewers must maintain honesty, objectivity, independence, and commitment to scientific truth in assessing manuscripts, without bias related to the author’s gender, institution, ethnicity, religion, race, or nationality.

Source Clarity
Reviewers should verify that references and citations are accurate and credible. Any detected errors, inconsistencies, or ethical concerns should be reported to the editor for the author’s correction.

Review Timeliness
Reviewers are required to complete their manuscript evaluations within the designated peer-review period (a maximum of 2 weeks) and promptly notify the editorial office of any potential delays.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must avoid conflicts of interest that could compromise their objectivity or the fairness of the review process.
