Bullying has become one of the most difficult problems to tackle. Bullying does not only occur among adults, but many cases of bullying involve children as both perpetrators and victims. This research aims to demonstrate one form of bullying behavior exhibited by a child character in a story. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to examine how the bullying actions committed by the character Eddy toward other characters cause conflict in the story. This research employs an objective approach to analyze both external and internal conflicts as well as characters. The results of this study show that the bullying actions carried out by the character Eddy occur toward characters in the story, namely Billy, Billy's Grandfather, and Ant. There are six forms of bullying actions carried out by the character Eddy, including threatening, mocking, giving others strange nicknames, kicking, hitting, and snatching. This bullying has a significant impact, especially on the victims, who experience emotional turmoil and sadness due to the treatment they receive. In addition, the victims tend to cover up or lie about the problems they are facing. Not infrequently, the victims also become temperamental toward others. Bullying is a problem that must be addressed quickly and appropriately. Support from close ones becomes the first solution that can be very useful for the victim.
