ARCHIVING POLICY

Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Terpadu Indonesia (JUMASTRI) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published articles. To support sustainable scholarly communication and the dissemination of community service outcomes, JUMASTRI implements the following archiving policy:

Digital Preservation

JUMASTRI employs digital preservation strategies to ensure the long-term availability of all published content. Articles are stored in secure digital repositories and journal management systems to protect them from accidental loss, corruption, or technological obsolescence.

Open Access and Accessibility

All articles published in JUMASTRI are made freely available immediately upon publication. The journal adheres to the principles of open access, allowing readers worldwide to access, read, download, and share published content without subscription fees or access restrictions.

Metadata Preservation

Comprehensive metadata associated with each published article is archived and maintained to support indexing, discoverability, citation tracking, and interoperability with academic databases. Metadata includes, but is not limited to:

  • Article title
  • Author names
  • Author affiliations
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • DOI (if available)
  • Publication date
  • Volume, issue, and page information

Version Control

JUMASTRI maintains records of all published articles and any subsequent corrections, revisions, or retractions. Version control procedures ensure transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the scholarly record.

Backup and Recovery

Regular backup procedures are implemented to safeguard journal content and metadata against accidental loss, hardware failure, cyber threats, or other unforeseen circumstances. Backup copies are maintained in secure environments to facilitate data recovery when necessary.

Permanent Availability

The Editorial Board is committed to ensuring that all published articles remain permanently available through the journal website and associated archiving systems whenever technically and legally feasible. In the event of journal discontinuation, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve and maintain access to previously published content.
