This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic values in forming the character of good citizens. Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, justice, and social care have strong relevance to the ideal character of citizens in the context of civic education in Indonesia. The research employed a qualitative approach with a library research design through document analysis from various primary and secondary sources. The results show that Islamic values are substantively aligned with Pancasila values and the citizen character desired in the national education system. The integration of Islamic values in Civic Education learning has proven capable of strengthening students' affective, cognitive, and psychomotor dimensions as prospective citizens. The study concludes that the synergy between Islamic values and civic education is an effective strategy for producing a national generation that is characterized, responsible, and morally noble.
