The implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in educational institutions often focuses on meeting administrative and formal standards, thus requiring a strong foundation of values to foster a sustainable culture of quality. This study aims to formulate, analyze, and synthesize patterns for integrating Islamic values into the educational Quality Management System based on the findings of previous studies using a literature review method, in which secondary data were obtained through a search of nationally and internationally reputable articles and journals. The presentation of the latest governance concepts that align Islamic teachings with the use of digital media has proven to have a significant impact, marked by a surge in the quality of educational institutions, with an increase in the evaluation index from 2.62 to 4.32. This highlights the importance of aligning modern management theory with religious ethics—not merely to pursue administrative formalities, but also to foster character development, enhance the quality of learning interactions, and boost competitiveness in the digital age.
